Mr. Amit Kumar Singh

An engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur, started his entrepreneurship journey immediately after his engineering. Mr. Singh is a young and dynamic first-generation entrepreneur and has a rich experience of about two decade in steel and Infra business. Mr. Singh has reputation of Turnaround of Stressed companies. He has acquired stressed assets thru NCLT and turn them around by making them viable and profitable.
Under his leadership, the group has taken pride in expanding business landscape across steel, mining and construction with the group revenue touching 16 billion in 2024.
At present Amit Alliance in Mr. Amit Singh’s leadership is managing marketable steel production capacity of 1 Million Tonnes (Billet and TMT). A person of unparalleled foresight, meticulous strategies and astute leadership, he has created employment opportunities for over 2,000 families directly and Indirectly.
He has ambition to scale newer height by expanding business through organic, inorganic route and through acquisition, green field and brown field project.
He was associated as a Member of the Joint Plant Committee of the Ministry of Steel. To recognize his exemplary achievements and contribution to society, the State Government of Bihar conferred on Mr. Singh with the BIHAR SHIKHAR SAMMAN, an annual award presented to the Best Young Entrepreneur, in the year 2008.
His keenness to give back to the society and intensive desire to improve the life of individuals lead to the formation and existence of Takshvi Foundation which is committed to empower individuals by providing education to the underprivileged class of the society.

Dr. Singh an MBBS, MD (Pathology) has been driving the CSR Activities of social upliftment of Amit Alliance and embody the social responsibility in their vision. The Group takes the centric initiatives for our community for the spread of quality of education, healthcare and sustainable livelihood opportunities in all our operating locations. The Foundation proudly boasts of educating almost 5000 People.
Mr. Arvind Singh
Director
Mr. Arvind Singh, Director, is a commerce graduate with a deep-rooted knowledge of business strategies and firmly believes in transforming Company vision and ideas into reality. His vast experience in logistic service, procurement of raw materials and experience in the field of mining has a great impact and value for the Company. He is responsible for the procurement of all raw materials, ensuring quality of product, smooth production process and overall logistics of the Company.
Mr. Sushil Kumar Mishra

Mr. Sushil Kumar Mishra, has a rich experience of 4 decades in Steel Industry- is retired Executive Director (Works) of Durgapur Steel Plant (SAIL). He had also served as a Director at NSPCL (NTPC – SAIL Power Co. Ltd.), a Govt. PSU. He is a highly dedicated and knowledgeable professional, providing his valued advice for the integrated steel plants of Amit Alliance. In his previous capacity, Mr. Mishra has successfully achieved consolidated performance of 2.4 million tonnes capacity steel plant at Durgapur. In the Company, Mr. Mishra is advisory for performance management, reduction of production cost, improvement of production quality, enhancement of productivity and taking care of turnaround time.
Ms. Neha Manek

A commerce graduate from Osmania University, Ms. Manek primarily assists in managing human resources at Amit Alliance. Ms. Manek’s untiring efforts to improve the efficiency of the employees and their quality of life have truly been a boon for the company.
Ms. Komal Bajaj Bhotika
Independent Director
A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. A practicing Chartered Accountant with ten years of professional experience with powerful leadership skills. Able to manage projects with a high degree of efficiency. Detailed oriented and highly focused. Her advise of corporate development immensely benefit the company.
