The group turnover is Rs. 2,000 crores. Net worth of over Rs. 500 cr. The group has direct manpower of 1,200 persons. The group has credit facilities from nationalized and private banking of Rs. 800 cr.
The promoter of company is Mr. Amit Kumar Singh, an alumnus of IIT, Kanpur, a first-generation entrepreneur having two decades of knowledge and experience in mining, steel and infra. His dynamic leadership is poised to place the group amongst the top-ranking companies in sectors where it is working.
Steel Business
AMIT METALIKS LTD.
The Group is in Steel Business for last 2 decades. Amit Metaliks Ltd (AML) has Two Plants in Durgapur Unit- I at Angadpur and Unit -II at Banskopa (earlier VSP Udyog Pvt Ltd merged with AML) are engaged in high quality New -Age TMT Rebar in Brand name of TRIAM A+ FE 550D.
Two nos of plants is situated in Durgapur, Steel hub of India and has combined production capacity of 1.2 Million Tonnes of TMT and Billet. TMT is produced through hot rolling of high quality billets cast at SMS.
Company is adding Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), which is considered the most effective method of producing high quality construction grade steel.
AML has been assigned Bank Borrowing CRISIL Rating of A-, means adequate level of safety and low credit risk.
TRIAM A+ FE550D is approved by PWD, West Bengal, Public Health Engineering Dept. West Bengal, West Bengal Medical Services Pvt Ltd., DMRC, Eastern Coal Field, MP Housing, JUSNL, Haldia Development Authority, Hindustan Copper Limited and Reliance Infrastructure, etc.
NAKSHIT IRON & STEEL PVT LTD.
In pursuit of backward integration by way of securing its requirement of Input of Pellet, Sponge and Pig Iron for its 2 Plants in Durgapur as well as with an aim of Growth company is setting up Integrated Steel Plant of 1.2 MTPA at Raghunathpur, Purulia in the name of Nakshit Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd (100% subsidiary of Amit Metaliks Ltd.) on land given by WBIDC.
MINERAL PROCESSING & HANDLING BUSINESS.
Amit Mines Pvt Ltd (AMPL) is one of the most well-equipped mining companies owing to its efficient quality management system. Our core expertise lies in the reprocessing of blast furnace and SMS slag for extraction of MS scrap through magnetic separators and also Segregation and Transportation of Slag, Muck, Debris etc. AMPL have also business of Mineral Trading.
INFRA BUSINESS
Infra Arm – Takshvi Infra Private Limited (TIPL), has seamlessly delivered projects to large scale clients. It is also dealing in power-plant, roads, bridges, commercial and residential complexes.
SAIL has awarded contract for construction of entire internal road for Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP). At Present TIPL has also been entrusted for construction of prestigious project of Management Development Institute (MDI) in Patna. Construction and commissioning of RCC Over Head Reservoirs including Laying Distribution Pipe lines and providing FHTCs including other allied works under Purulia Divn. PHE. ASSOCIATION WITH SAIL
Amit Mines Private Limited (AMPL) was selected by Bokaro Steel Plant of SAIL to process recovery of scrap from their slag dump for their internal use and also for consumption in our sister concern. SAIL also awarded contract for Disposal and Transportation of Muck, Debris, Slag, etc after segregation through mechanised means.
Amit Metaliks Ltd takes immense pride in being the sole wet leasing agent for Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) in eastern region, a testament to the exceptional quality of its products and services.
Infra Arm of Group has completed constructing entire internal road for DSP Plant of SAIL and also Civil Work of 2X 20 MW Power Plant at Durgapur Steel Plant.
